Branch Bros offers two types of Customer Accounts:
Please note during the crisis we will prioritise our existing account customers, but new potential customers can still apply to become a customer now and we will still process these applications as soon as possible. Please complete an application form and email to us as detailed below.
These are available to all local tradesmen, local businesses and private individuals undertaking a project such as an extension, self build or other project for example property renovation or landscaping. We need a minimal amount of information to set these up and this can be done usually same day or next day.
Trade Cash Account customers receive the benefit of fixed pricing and trade price terms which are automatically applied at the time of sale at both Deepings or Bourne Branches. This Trade Cash Account is basically a 'pay as you go' account facility.
A Cash Account application form is available above, which can be downloaded and printed off or you can call into either of our Branches and fill out the simple form at the Counter (it will take you only 2 minutes to complete!) and we will do the rest.
Please attach a business card or other details to your application form if applicable.
Please note - If you apply or have already applied for a Cash Account these are usually set up on our system by the Next Working Day and available to use immediately at both of our Deepings and Bourne Branches. You will have a unique Account Number assigned to you, but our staff will easily be able to find your Account by your Customer/Business Name or postcode as supplied.
Cash Accounts should still be used on a regular basis to ensure they do not expire. Generally any account not used for a period of 6 months will be automatically deleted from our database.
Please note during the ongoing crisis we are unlikely to process and open new credit accounts at this time. We suggest any business or trade customer looking to become a new account holder should apply initially for a Cash Account as above and this can be reviewed later when some normality returns. These are arranged subject to stricter criteria. We will require 2 trade references and a bank reference. We also expect Credit Account Applicants to have already established a trading relationship as a Cash Account Customer with Branch Bros prior to being considered for credit.
There is a minimum spend requirement per annum of £3,000 (expected regular spend of at least £250 per month). Credit Accounts can only be initially considered where the customer is anticipating the required turnover level.
Detailed credit account application forms (available upon request only) must be firstly completed in order to apply for a Credit Account. The Credit Account application form when completed and signed must be returned to our Head Office Accounts Department address via post for identity/credit checking and processing.
For Limited Companies we will require a business / company letterhead and business card with your application.
For Non Limited Organisations or Consumer applications we will require identification (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or similar) with your application.
Credit Account Applicants will be initially set up as a Trade Cash Account (if not already a Cash Account Customer) to allow trading whilst credit procedures are carried out.
Once established, Credit Accounts are constantly monitored for turnover/spend levels and payment performance. Please be aware that if either of these required criteria are not adhered to then the Credit Account facility will be converted to a Cash Account (see above).
