How do I change where I want to collect my items from? 

At the top of the page is a black bar with the name of your collecting branch. If you click this, you will be able to choose what branch you want to do your collections from. 

What is your returns policy?

What happens when I place an order for delivery? 

You will receive an email confirmation when you place the order and we will aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days. See Here for more details on our delivery process. 

Why is the collection slot I want unavailable? 

We have designed our collection slots to only take orders where a slot is available. If you are seeing a limited choice, it means other customers have already booked out those slots.  

Why have I not received my order confirmation? 

Please check your email spam folder just in case it has gone into there. If you still cannot find it then please don’t hesitate to contact us on websales@branchbros.co.uk 

How much does delivery cost?

Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order on my behalf? 

Yes they can provided they have photographic ID and they must provide an order number or show us the order confirmation either on their phone or printed out.
