Returns Policy 

We are happy to accept returns as long as the product provided is returned in a re-sellable condition and please make sure it is in its original box with all accessories.


Special Order Products 

All goods that are special ordered to a customer specification are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless the supplier will agree their return. They may also charge a re-stocking or handling fee. 


Will I receive a re-stocking charge?

If we do accept a return of the Products, they must be returned in their original condition within 28 days of the date of delivery to you. You’ll be responsible for returning the Products to us at your own cost and we may deduct a restocking charge from the amount of your refund.


How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

We'll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 28 days of delivery.  

*Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 25% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 days.
